Tips on starting your own business from FVTC's Venture Center

This Sunday on CW 14 Focus host Robert Hornacek was joined by two guests to talk about starting a business.Amy Pietsch from the Venture Center at Fox Valley Technical College and Dr. Ann Liebeskind appeared on the show.Dr. Liebeskind received training at the Venture Center and recently started her own practice, Mobile Health Team.On the show, the guests talked about some of the most important qualities for entrepreneurs to possess."I think it's following your passion," Liebeskind said. "We've all seen examples of businesses that have come into a market that's even already saturated but they've done it right. They maybe had a passion for it. And they've risen to the top. I think it's that passion. If you have that you have a better chance of succeeding."CW 14 Focus is a weekly, half-hour interview program that focuses on the issues important to people in northeast Wisconsin.
