Week 5: How the FOX 11 Top 11 fared

GREEN BAY (WLUK) -- We are almost through Week 5 of the football season, there are games Saturday, and Friday night three FOX 11 Top 11 teams lost, including two in the top three.

Here is a look at how the best 11 teams in the are fared in Week 5:

FOX 11 Top 11

1. Wrightstown (5-0): Beat Marinette 42-6.

2. Freedom (4-1): Lost to Fox Valley Lutheran 27-23.

3. Xavier (4-0): Lost to West De Pere 25-14.

4. Kaukauna (3-0): Beat D.C. Everest 32-0.

5. Lourdes Academy (4-0): Play Randolph on Saturday.

6. Two Rivers (3-0): Game canceled.

7. Coleman (3-0): Game canceled.

8. Reedsville (4-0): Beat Ozaukee 28-0.

9. Iola-Scandinavia (4-0): Beat Almond-Bancroft 55-0.

10. Southern Door (3-1): Lost to Sheboygan Falls 41-0.

11. Brillion (3-0): Beat Peshtigo 35-8.

  • Team of the week: Kaukauna. On the road against an undefeated team, Kaukauna rolls D.C. Everest.
  • Surprise of the week: Freedom led Fox Valley Lutheran 21-7 at half and was outscored 20-2 in the second half. It was Freedom's first North Eastern loss since 2018 (11 games).
  • Just doing the J-O-B: Wrightstown. Once again the Tigers get the job done with another dominant performance.
