KIMBERLY (WLUK) -- Chloe Van Zeeland will be entering her junior year this coming basketball season and she has drawn the attention from Division I colleges.
So far the Kaukauna forward has received offers from Milwaukee, Illinois State, North Dakota and Bradley and she's not worried how many more colleges come calling.
"I hope to get some more," Van Zeeland said. "I'm really glad with what I have now."
The All-Fox Valley Association first-team pick averaged 14.7 points per game and 8.4 rebounds per game last season. Van Zeeland (6 feet 1) has a well-rounded game but is looking to get stronger on the perimeter this offseason.
"I hope to work on my shooting and my ball handling," Van Zeeland said. "I think I"m doing really well so far. I just want to keep working hard."
Entering her final two years of her high school career, Van Zeeland is not only looking to be a leader on the stat sheet, but also vocally. At a recent summer league Van Zeeland was taking the lead among players talking after a game.
"I want to be a big leader on the team," Van Zeeland said. "I want everybody to be respected and let everyone know we have to work hard all the time
