HOWARD, Wis. (WLUK) -- A local organization that helps autistic kids partnered with Bay Port High School and football players at the school to offer a free football clinic.
It's designed to help kids with an autistic spectrum disorder fulfill their dreams. Organizers say many of the kids may not feel they're successful at a traditional camp.
One of its participants explains why he comes back to the camp.
"The group that I'm in, it helps me take situations that I might not be able to get in a school setting, and lets me handle them...and stuff like this," said Riley Kurimski, a clinic participant.
More than 100 kids took part in the third year for the event at Bay Port.
