TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) – President-elect Joe Biden's rescue pup Major was honored with "indoguration" on Sunday.
Major Biden will be the first shelter dog in the White House.
The shelter he was adopted from, the Delaware Humane Association, hosted the virtual event.
