LODI, Wis. (WLUK) -- It's the time of year for the silent majesty of a winter's morn...the clean, cool chill of the holiday air...

And a guy in a bathrobe emptying a chemical toilet in a southern Wisconsin sewer.

The Lodi Police Department shared on Facebook a photo of a mannequin dressed as Cousin Eddie from the movie "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation." Police say it's the third year the mannequin has popped up in a neighborhood on the city's east side.

The mannequin is dressed only in a bathrobe, an aviator hat, shoes and socks. It is holding a plastic pipe over a storm drain.

The display refers to the scene in "Christmas Vacation" (WARNING: Link contains profanities) in which Cousin Eddie, played by Randy Quaid, empties his RV's toilet into the sewer in front of the Griswold house where he is staying with family.

There's no word on whether the mannequin plans to take its RV home when it leaves next month.
