A tiny baby that weighed "about as much as three sticks of butter" when she was born at the Anne Arundel Medical Center has headed home, according to hospital officials.
Ariana Cruz Gutierrez reportedly weighed 350 grams when she was born at 24 weeks in March 2017. Officials announced she headed home on August 3 in a Facebook post.
Officials say Gutierrez's weight has now increased to four pounds and 15 ounces.
Staffers in the NICU center at the Anne Arundel Medical Center cared for Gutierrez during her stay.
Welcome home Ariana!
