1. Green Bay Restaurant Week

The long awaited Restaurant Week is finally back in Green Bay! It's a great chance for food lovers to try new places, enjoy a romantic dinner or get together with friends. Menus listed for each participating restaurant showcase some of the area's most talented chefs, with a personalized menu reflecting their culinary style. Restaurant week runs from July 11th-18th.

2. Art Walk Downtown De Pere

The second Art Walk event of the season is kicking of fin De Pere this weekend! The walk showcases professional and emerging artists. 30+ venues will host 40+ artists exhibiting and selling their work. This event will also feature a one of a kind sculpture installation by the Fab Collab. Talk about live production of art, a group of artists will be working on the sculpture during the event and in the days leading up to it; unveiling the finished piece in the evening.

Meet artists and enjoy live music at the event on Friday, July 12th from 4-9 p.m. in downtown De Pere, near George and Broadway. For more information about the event, click here.

3. De Pere's Yoga in the Park

Beginning July 11th, you can enjoy a free yoga class in Voyageur Park at 6 p.m. every Thursday during the summer season. Yoga sessions will be demonstrated by Flow Yoga Studio. DJ CRS will make occasional appearances throughout the summer, bringing a lo-fi downtempo atmosphere to enhance your yoga experience.

4. Sunday Night Food Truck Rally

Wrap up your sunny weekend with delicious street food in downtown De Pere! Sunday, July 14th from 4-8 p.m., enjoy bites, ethnic specialties, sweet treats and craft beer. The event has fun for the whole family including live music, yard games, face-painting, henna, balloon animals and more. For more information, click here.

5. Green Bay's first Axe-Throwing place opens!

New to Green Bay but not Wisconsin, Happy Axe Throwing is hosting a grand opening on Saturday, July 13th. The facility refers to indoor axe throwing as - "think darts.. but with hatchets." Inside there will be seven lanes available for axe-throwing by reservation only, no walk-ins welcomed. The Green Bay facility is located at 1740 E. Mason St., and will be open this weekend Saturday 12-8 p.m. and Sunday 12-5 p.m.
