If you're looking for something to do this Memorial Day weekend, then we've got five events you won't want to miss!
1. Celebrate De Pere kicks off this weekend.
The annual event goes from Friday May 24th to Monday the 27th. This year, it will be located at the Brown County Fairgrounds in De Pere, as opposed to Voyageur Park in recent years.
Known as "the official kick off to summer".... the event has many attractions and is fun for all ages. You can support area non-profit organizations just by grabbing a bite at one of the many food booths. The "Classic Celebrate De Pere Car Show" runs Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. And if you're looking for a little music, well you're in luck! Roughly *20 bands are scheduled to play over the weekend between the two stages. And don't forget Sunday night as the Memorial Day Fireworks Tribute takes to the skies. The 22 minute extravaganza begins at 9:30 p.m.
So whether it's food, rides, music, fishing or shopping... Celebrate De Pere is an event you won't want to miss. Tickets start at just $5.00 with gates opening at 4 p.m. Friday. For more information, click here.
