APPLETON (WLUK) -- Tickets for the Wisconsin premiere of the smash hit musical "Hamilton" go on sale next week in Appleton.

"Hamilton" is playing at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center October 1-20. Those who are not PAC season ticket holders will have their first chance to buy tickets beginning at 10 a.m. Aug. 14 through Ticketmaster.

There is a maximum of eight tickets per household. Prices range from $85-$199, with a few $299 premium seats available. Extra fees will be added to the ticket prices.

The PAC is offering a limited number of tickets that morning at 8 a.m. Those interested may begin lining up at 6 a.m. at the valet entrance near the corner of Washington and Division streets. Doors will open at 7 a.m. A photo ID will be required to buy tickets.

During the show's run, 40 $10 tickets will be given away through a lottery. Details will be announced later.

Producers warn that because of the expected high demand for tickets, those hoping to see "Hamilton" should buy their tickets only through Ticketmaster or directly from the PAC.
