GREEN BAY (WLUK) -- A popular country singer-songwriter is returning to Green Bay.
Hoping for another sell-out show, piano-powerhouse Phil Vassar will be back on the Meyer Theatre stage, Saturday, March 9 at 7:30 p.m.
Vassar's career began in the mid 90's, writing hits for country superstars such as Tim McGraw, Jo Dee Messina and Alan Jackson.
He went on to sing his own songs with hits such as "Just Another Day in Paradise," "Carlene," "Six-Pack Summer," and "Little Red Rodeo."
In 1999, Vassar was named ASCAP's County Songwriter of the Year.
