GREEN BAY (WLUK) -- The Green Bay area is getting the welcome mat ready for Paul McCartney ahead of his concert at Lambeau Field.

Huge signs are now up outside the Associated Bank gate at the stadium.

The signs welcome the former Beatle to Green Bay.

The Packers urge people to arrive early for the show.

"With the show starting at eight o clock, everyone, you want to make sure you get into your seats early. You want to make sure you have enough time to get through security," said Packers Manager of Game Presentation of Live Events Kandi Goltz. "We will be going through the same process as a game day, so make sure you have your clear bag, no backpacks, no large purses, no umbrellas."

The Lambeau Field parking lots open at four Saturday afternoon for concert-goers.

Stadium gates open at 6 p.m. and the concert starts at 8 p.m.
