ASHWAUBENON (WLUK) -- It will be "Nothing But a Good Time for the Last Time" at the Brown County Veterans Memorial Arena before the six-decade-old building is torn down this spring.
Poison frontman Bret Michaels is headlining the final concert at the arena April 6. Warrant and Lita Ford are also set to perform.
It will be Michaels' sixth time performing at the building where part of the music video for Poison's hit "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" was recorded.
The band also played a memorable concert at the arena in 1990, when Green Bay Packers quarterback Don Majkowski joined Poison on stage to sing "Every Rose Has Its Thorn." View the photo gallery above to see images of that performance.
The event, which will include a battle of the bands, will benefit charities Happily Ever After Animal Sanctuary, Make-A-Wish and JDRF - Northeast Wisconsin Chapter.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Feb. 16 at the Ticket Star Box Office in the Resch Center, by phone at 1-800-895-0071 and online.
The arena, along with Shopko Hall and the former Packers Hall of Fame building, are all set to be replaced by a new $93 million expo center. The Green Bay Gamblers played one final hockey game at the arena late last year.
