(WCWF) -- This week on CW 14 Focus host Robert Hornacek will be joined by two guests to talk about honoring those who have served our country.

Dennis Ouradnik and Dick Marbes, both veterans of the United States Air Force will appear on the show.

Ouradnik and Marbes are also actively involved with the Disabled American Veterans. Marbes is a past national commander of the DAV.

On the show, Ouradnik and Marbes will talk about their service. They will also talk about some of the ways the DAV helps veterans today, including the DAV transportation services and the funeral honor guard.

Ouradnik says it's important that people never forget the sacrifice veterans have made.

"I hope that future generations realize that all the wars, all the way straight through, the freedoms they have are because of veterans," Ouradnik said. "All of these guys are passing away. We'll all pass away. I hope there's never any more war. But don't forget everybody that contributed and made this world a better place."
