(WCWF) -- This week on CW 14 Focus host Robert Hornacek will be joined by the first female sports agent to represent a first round NFL draft pick.
Kelli Masters, president and founder of KMM Sports, will appear on the show. Masters is a lawyer and sports agent based in Oklahoma. She was named one of the most influential women in sports.
On the show, she will talk about her career and the challenges of being a woman in a male dominated field.
She will also talk about the message she hopes her journey sends to people everywhere.
"I spent this week talking to young students about living a life being driven by fear or being driven by purpose and that really is something that defines my life," Masters said.
"Living in that fear-driven place is a very empty place, you don't ever arrive at happiness," she added. "As opposed to just living with purpose and seeing your life as an opportunity to love others, to serve others, to pour your life into others."
CW 14 Focus is a weekly, half-hour interview program that focuses on the issues important to people in northeast Wisconsin. Each week, Robert Hornacek will sit down with a different guest and go beyond the sound bites. The program will highlight the people making a difference in the community and give viewers an opportunity to get in depth perspective. CW 14 Focus airs Sundays at 10 a.m.
