(WCWF) -- This week on CW 14 Focus host Robert Hornacek will be joined by a panel of educators to talk about back to school.
Natasha Rowell, principal at Preble High School in Green Bay, Chad Buboltz, director of learning and leadership in the Neenah School District, and Janel Fossen, a first grade teacher at Pioneer Elementary School in Ashwaubenon will appear on the show.
On the show, the panel will talk about a variety of school-related issues including the balance of excitement and anxiety a new school year can bring. The panel will talk about safety and security.
The guests will offer some last-minute tips for students and parents. They will also share what they love about working in education.
"My favorite part of teaching is building and getting to know the kids and making them feel good about themselves and finding the good in every student," Fossen said.
"For me, it's about sitting at a table just like this with a student or a family and solving problems," Buboltz said.
"I love going to work because I love helping," Rowell said. "The kids are what make it great and the staff are the ones that make those opportunities for them."
