(WCWF) -- This Sunday on CW 14 Focus, Robert Hornacek will be joined by Greg Maass.

Maass has spent much of his career in public education including four years as the superintendent in Green Bay. He is now the CEO of the Brown County United Way.

While Maass is retiring next year, he says he hopes his work impacts for a long time.

"If we can get everyone to graduate from school and everyone has the capacity to do what they want post-high school, then the workforce develops. If the workforce develops then everyone's quality of life is raised and people are ready to have families and they stay in Green Bay," Maass said.

CW 14 Focus is a weekly, half-hour interview program that focuses on the issues important to people in northeast Wisconsin. Each week, Robert Hornacek will sit down with a different guest and go beyond the sound bites. The program will highlight the people making a difference in the community and give viewers an opportunity to get in depth perspective. CW 14 Focus airs Sundays at 10 a.m.
