(WCWF) -- This week on CW 14 Focus, host Robert Hornacek will be joined by former Packers kicker Chris Jacke.
Jacke spent eight seasons with the green and gold. He was inducted into the Packers Hall of Fame in 2013.
Jacke still lives in the Green Bay area. He is the founder of Player Alumni Resources, LLC, a group that works to help fellow Packers alumni stay connected with the community.
On the show, Jacke will reflect on his career and life after football. He will also talk about the connection he still feels with the fans.
"I've been out of the league now since 2000, out of Green Bay Packer playing days since 1997," Jacke said. "The fans are still great. They all get excited. What excites me is you get some little kids that is seven, eight, nine and they have your football cards. 'My grandma used to tell me she loved watching you play.' That's always a shock when they mention grandma. But the fans are great."
CW 14 Focus is a weekly, half-hour interview program that focuses on the issues important to people in northeast Wisconsin. Each week, Robert Hornacek will sit down with a different guest and go beyond the sound bites. The program will highlight the people making a difference in the community and give viewers an opportunity to get in depth perspective. CW 14 Focus airs Sundays at 10 a.m.
