(WCWF) -- The Wisconsin governor's race appears to be coming down to the wire. This Sunday on CW 14 Focus, host Robert Hornacek will be joined by both of the major party candidates for governor.
In a special Beyond the Podium edition of the show, Robert will sit down with two-term incumbent Gov. Scott Walker (R) and challenger Tony Evers (D).
On the show, the candidates will talk about their priorities, the impact President Trump is having on the race and what they believe their campaign has to offer voters.
"If people look at where we were before, look at where we've come, and look at where we're headed, I think it's a clear choice: Do you want to go forward? Or do you want to go backwards?" Walker said.
"I'm the one who is going to find common ground," Evers said. "I'm the one who believes in the people of Wisconsin, those values that you have. That's what we're going to be focusing on."
CW 14 Focus is a weekly, half-hour interview program that focuses on the issues important to people in northeast Wisconsin. Each week, Robert Hornacek will sit down with a different guest and go beyond the sound bites. The program will highlight the people making a difference in the community and give viewers an opportunity to get in depth perspective. CW 14 Focus airs Sundays at 10 a.m.
