The major party candidates for Wisconsin Attorney General, incumbent Brad Schimel (R) and challenger Josh Kaul (D) appear on CW 14 Focus with Robert Hornacek to talk about the upcoming election.

(WCWF) -- This week on CW 14 Focus host Robert Hornacek will be joined by the two major party candidates running for Wisconsin Attorney General.

The incumbent Attorney General, Republican Brad Schimel, and his Democratic challenger, Josh Kaul, will both appear on the show.

On the show, the candidates will each discuss their background and experience as well as some of the biggest issues in the race.

The candidates will also talk about their approach to the campaign.

"What I know is you have to work hard," Schimel said. "In Wisconsin, nobody is getting a pass. There's no blue wave. There's no red tide. This is hard work getting out there, making sure people know the good work you've done, getting that message to the voters and that's what I am doing."

"What I want to do is get around the state, talk to voters about the issues, and how I think we can work to make Wisconsin a safer and stronger state than what we're on track for right now," Kaul said.

The general election is Tuesday, November 6.

CW 14 Focus is a weekly, half-hour interview program that focuses on the issues important to people in northeast Wisconsin.
