Reported from Entertainment Weekly British actress, Rose Williams will join the Reign cast as a recurring guest star this season.

A princess? Yes. But not an heir to the throne for Francis and Mary that they’ve desperately been waiting for. Williams will play Princess Claude, the royal daughter of Queen Catherine and the deceased King Henry, making her the brother of Francis.

According to The CW, “Claude is a glorious troublemaker who sees other women primarily as competition, and delights in making one woman’s life a living hell: her mother’s.”

Does this mean she’ll be on Mary’s side? Or create drama of her own for both Mary and Catherine?

Tune in for the season two premiere, Thursday Oct. 2 at 8:00 on CW 14!
